We’re an eclectic bunch here at SimpleUsability. Our facilitators draw on the underpinnings of usability, psychology, media, technology, communications and product design to give you a rich understanding of consumers. But one quality unifies us, we’re all intensely nosey about people and what makes them tick.
We’re tech lovers, early adopters and are constantly exploring the ever evolving digital landscape for ourselves as well as our clients. But we never lose sight of the voice of the less advanced user because we meet them in our labs most days.
We’re always learning
Whether from our colleagues in peer to peer reviews, from operating in moderating pairs to working collaboratively in expert reviews, we’re always sharing knowledge. We listen to what our clients want to know, we set aside time to keep an eye on our clients industries as well as ours.
Easier to say than demonstrate but we really do want to make things better and easier to use, not just for your customers, but for ourselves too! Pet usability-peeves? Milk bottle opening!
That’s why you’ll find a popcorn maker next to the coffee, a Nerf gun next to the printer and Mr Potato Heads and a Large orange dog in the window. Oh, and why most things around us are orange.
