Why should I invest in mobile usability testing?
In the rush to meet growing customer demand for a mobile presence, many brand owners have been forced to go ahead or risk being left behind. For all but a lucky few this will have come with some hard learnt lessons about what customers want in a mobile app or site, and how mobile usability research is crucial if you're going to succeed. What devices can I eye track?

Though we do recommend you stick to one handset for each day of testing, to ensure you get a consistent picture, free of the confounding influence of six different handsets' usability issues. Users can use their own device, making the experience as natural as possible.
But isn't there a lot of preparation needed for usability testing?
At SimpleUsability we believe that usability testing should enhance your successful journey to market, not derail it. It's a common misconception that you need to have a finalised mobile site or mobile application before you can test it, when in fact our value can come much earlier in the process, e.g. when choosing between alternative design routes and elements.
