Ethnography describes a large part of what we do and we frequently compliment our core eye tracking approach with qualitative techniques designed to elicit every last drop of insight from consumers. We use retrospective depth interviewing alongside our eye tracking research and can draw on card sorting and projective techniques to get to the root of how your brand is perceived.
